Tasks

You will manage the financial aspects of complex funded projects and ensure transparent, audit-proof reporting within an international environment.

• Manage the financial control of funded projects (e.g. public funding programs at EU, federal, and regional level) from planning to completion
• Prepare reports, analyses, and submit funding applications on time with complete documentation
• Ensure high data quality within systems and develop controlling tools for project accounting and audits
• Act as a financial advisor to internal departments
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, project sponsors, and partners

Profile

• Degree in finance, controlling, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in handling public funding programs
• Strong knowledge of ERP-based controlling, especially cost structures and flows
• Professional and confident communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Analytical, structured, and independent working style
• Strong numerical skills and team-oriented problem-solving mindset
