Tasks

• Conduct functional and software system tests for AC/DC and DC/DC converters and switching regulators.

• Develop and implement automated testing procedures to enhance quality assurance efficiency.

• Create precise test specifications, test cases, and innovative testing structures for specific hardware.

• Analyze and document test results while providing technical consultancy to development teams and international clients.

• Support root cause analysis and troubleshooting during the development phase.

• Collaborate within interdisciplinary, globally distributed project teams (Hardware, Software, Testing).

Profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Several years of experience in functional and software system testing for power electronic components.

• Proficiency with laboratory measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, data loggers) and test environments (AC/DC loads, environmental chambers).

• Experience with professional software tools for test automation and project management (e.g., Vector CANoe, vTESTstudio, Jira).

• Programming skills in C/C++ and Python for hardware-related applications.

• Sound knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., CAN bus, Ethernet, I2C, Modbus).

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken) and a structured, team-oriented approach.
