- Design and develop custom power electronics devices
- Plan, simulate, and test complex circuits in the lab
- Select and size components and power modules
- Oversee projects from requirements to series production
- Maintain technical documentation
- Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, preferably focused on power electronics/energy technology
- Good German and English skills
- Organized, creative, and self-motivated
- Team-oriented with willingness for occasional regional or national travel
