Tasks

You will manage and enhance modern HR systems while driving digital transformation initiatives within HR processes.

  • Maintain, administer, and further develop the HR systems landscape and support system implementations and integrations
  • Analyze, optimize, and automate HR processes using digital workflows
  • Plan and implement HR digitalization and cloud projects
  • Coordinate external partners and act as the interface between HR and IT
  • Ensure system quality, perform issue analysis, and provide technical support

Profile

  • Degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
  • Experience with HR processes and systems (e.g. master data, payroll, time management, talent and learning systems)
  • Knowledge of common HR IT systems and ERP environments
  • Experience in project and process management
  • Strong communication and consulting skills
  • Team-oriented and structured working style
