For our client in the Märkischer Kreis region, we are looking for a dedicated Building Services / MEP Engineer (m/f/d) to strengthen technical project steering and facility management operations.
Manage technical project steering and comprehensive project controlling for construction and modernization initiatives.
Coordinate and execute construction projects across all phases, including cost planning, budget monitoring and quality assurance.
Review, support and evaluate technical planning for extension, renovation and conversion projects.
Prepare tender documents, technical specifications and detailed bill‑of‑quantities packages.
Act as owner’s representative, ensuring alignment with authorities, inspection bodies and external project stakeholders.
Completed degree in Building Services Engineering, MEP, HVAC or a comparable technical discipline (Bachelor/FH).
A completed technical apprenticeship in building technology is beneficial.
Strong knowledge of project steering, construction processes, technical measures and cost management.
Confident handling of technical standards, planning documents and tender procedures.
Structured, reliable and team‑oriented working style with strong communication skills.
Participation in diverse, technically challenging projects with room for innovation and development.
