We are seeking a specialist who integrates modern AI technologies into business processes, evaluates potential use cases, and drives innovative solutions within organizational development. You will collaborate closely with internal experts, developers, and external partners.
Integrating AI technologies — Ensuring the adoption of current AI technologies in processes, applications, and digital initiatives
AI advisory — Advising process and application stakeholders on suitable AI use cases, effects, and business value
AI solution specification — Creating project‑related specifications and recommendations with internal experts and external service providers
Requirements management — Managing requirements and documentation for AI tools
AI project leadership — Leading AI projects and coordinating relevant stakeholders
Lifecycle management — Overseeing AI applications throughout their entire lifecycle
Completed three‑year IT‑related vocational training
Broad knowledge of AI technologies, methods, and commonly used AI tools (e.g., for SCM, CRM, PLM, supporting processes)
Initial experience in specifying and implementing AI solutions and working with external service providers
Ability to evaluate AI potential regarding impact, feasibility, and economic value
Strong skills in requirements management and requirements engineering
Basic understanding of data protection and regulatory requirements for AI systems
Solid understanding of processes, applications, and data architectures
Structured working style, flexibility, and strong consulting skills
Excellent German and English skills
