Tasks

Your Responsibilities as a Quality Manager (m/f/d) in the Automotive Sector:

As an experienced Quality Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on ASPICE, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality standards in the development of complex automotive systems. Your expertise is crucial for the adherence and further development of our quality management processes.

• Development and Implementation of Quality Strategies: You will be responsible for the conception, establishment, and continuous improvement of quality management processes in accordance with ASPICE standards.
• ASPICE Compliance and Audits: You will ensure compliance with ASPICE requirements, plan and conduct internal audits, and support external audits.
• Process Optimization: You will identify potential for improvement in development processes and initiate measures for efficiency enhancement and quality improvement.
• Stakeholder Management: You will work closely with development, project management, and other relevant teams to achieve quality goals and foster a shared understanding of quality.
• Risk Management: You will assist in identifying and assessing quality risks and develop preventive measures.
• Training and Coaching: You will train and coach employees on quality-related topics and promote a strong quality culture.

Profile

Your Profile as a Quality Manager (m/f/d):

To be successful in this demanding role, you bring a combination of profound technical knowledge, methodical strength, and communication skills. We are looking for a dedicated individual who proactively contributes to quality enhancement.

• University Degree: A successfully completed degree in engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable field.
• Experience in Quality Management: Several years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in the automotive sector.
• ASPICE Expertise: In-depth knowledge and practical experience with ASPICE (Automotive SPICE) are essential.
• Methodological Competence: Familiarity with various quality management methods and tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and conceptual skills for problem-solving and process optimization.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and moderation skills in German and English.
• Team Player: High team spirit and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
