• Design, develop and optimize medium-voltage power electronic systems
• Independently manage development projects from concept to serial production
• Circuit design, calculation and simulation using advanced tools
• Create and maintain technical documentation such as schematics, E‑Plan or test reports
• Plan and conduct lab and type testing, including EMC compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams to align project requirements and quality standards
• Support prototyping and hardware validation of components
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering or comparable field
• Several years of experience in power electronics development, ideally in medium voltage
• Strong knowledge of simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink and circuit design software
• Experience in testing electronics systems, EMC knowledge is advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Independent and team-oriented work style
