Investigate and evaluate emerging technologies for efficient power electronics systems and advanced circuit designs with a focus on maximizing efficiency and density.
Conduct model‑based simulation and design of demonstrators to assess real‑world performance of new solutions.
Collaborate with universities, external research partners and internal teams on technology development projects.
Apply digital control design methodologies to optimize system dynamics and performance.
Build, test and refine prototypes to demonstrate design objectives and support product integration.
Drive the integration of new technologies from specification through verification to product launch.
Generate technical documentation, reports and presentations supporting acquisition and project planning.
Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar, with specialization in power electronics or energy systems.
Several years of experience in hardware development of power electronics and digital control system design.
Strong understanding of EMC issues, simulation‑based design tools and workflows.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Proactive, creative, organized and collaborative mindset with willingness to travel occasionally.
