DiNC-POSiTiVE – We are expanding our project team and are looking for additional support. Primary region: Area Arnsberg. Setup: Hybrid / Vorwiegend vor Ort. Contract model: Vollzeit.

Tasks

  • Investigate and evaluate emerging technologies for efficient power electronics systems and advanced circuit designs with a focus on maximizing efficiency and density.

  • Conduct model‑based simulation and design of demonstrators to assess real‑world performance of new solutions.

  • Collaborate with universities, external research partners and internal teams on technology development projects.

  • Apply digital control design methodologies to optimize system dynamics and performance.

  • Build, test and refine prototypes to demonstrate design objectives and support product integration.

  • Drive the integration of new technologies from specification through verification to product launch.

  • Generate technical documentation, reports and presentations supporting acquisition and project planning.

Profile

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar, with specialization in power electronics or energy systems.

  • Several years of experience in hardware development of power electronics and digital control system design.

  • Strong understanding of EMC issues, simulation‑based design tools and workflows.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • Proactive, creative, organized and collaborative mindset with willingness to travel occasionally.
