Tasks

• Leading strategic programs across all development and market introduction phases

• Coordinating cross‑functional teams from product management, engineering, operations, marketing and sales

• Defining, planning and monitoring program goals, milestones, budgets and KPIs

• Ensuring transparent communication and alignment across all stakeholders

• Identifying risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies

• Supporting the strategic development of the product portfolio

Profile

• Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, technology or a comparable field

• Several years of experience in program or project management, ideally in a technology‑driven environment

• Strong understanding of product development processes and go‑to‑market strategies

• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder‑management skills

• Structured, analytical and solution‑oriented mindset

• Experience with common project management methodologies (generalized)

• Very good German and English language skills
