Senior Test Engineer

Senior test engineer with extensive cross-industry experience (automotive, avionics, medical technology, multimedia, and financial services). Strong focus on test specification, test design and execution, test automation, and test coordination including defect management and reporting. Highly proficient with modern ALM/test tools (e.g., Jira/Xray, Codebeamer, Confluence, CANoe) and experienced with HIL test benches, diagnostic/flash tools, and bus systems (FlexRay).

1) Automotive OEM – Test & Validation (since 2024) • Test design and execution to validate internal tools and ECU-related functions • Regression and usability testing on HIL test benches • Toolchain: Jira (test management), Confluence, requirements/ALM tool, ECU flash/diagnostics tool 2) Aerospace / Avionics – System and GUI validation (2022–2023) • GUI testing and validation of user and authoring functions in a PLM/engineering system • Document classification as well as interface and workflow testing • Test management and traceability via Jira + test management add-on 3) Financial services provider – Enterprise software testing (2021–2022) • Test specifications and functional testing for a leasing/contract software solution • Test reporting, defect management, and regression testing after fixes 4) Aerospace – Embedded/HIL testing (2020–2021) • Test specifications and HIL testing for software validation • Redundancy behaviour as well as network/communication management testing
