Expansion of an automated high-bay warehouse including conveyor technology and additional storage/retrieval machine. Planned and optimized picking and staging areas to reduce travel distance and increase efficiency. Designed and implemented safety concepts (fire protection regulations, rescue plans, load securing, hazardous goods and PPE training).
