Senior Measurement & Lean Management Specialist

Strong expertise in coordinate measuring technology, CT analysis and capability studies for inspection and production equipment. Several years of responsibility for lean implementation, shopfloor management and rollout of structured improvement programs. • Implementation and rollout of a company-wide lean program focusing on 5S, continuous improvement (CIP), shopfloor management and systematic waste reduction to sustainably increase production efficiency. • Execution and evaluation of complex measurement tasks using coordinate measuring machines and industrial CT technology, including analysis in PolyWorks and preparation of robust measurement reports for internal and external quality requirements. • Planning and execution of gauge capability and machine capability studies to ensure stable serial production processes in thermoplastic manufacturing. • Preparation and active support of external audits (quality, environmental, technical compliance) and delivery of internal training sessions to ensure standardized quality processes. • Development and expansion of metrology lab competencies, including onboarding and training of new employees as well as continuous optimization of inspection and documentation processes.
