• Led the introduction and scaling of Automotive SPICE v3.1 processes (SYS & SWE) up to Capability Level 3, including process definition, tailoring, audit preparation, and evidence-based assessments. • Owned the end-to-end ISO 26262 functional safety lifecycle including HARA, ASIL classification, safety concepts, and safety case management in safety-critical automotive programs. • Established and governed an enterprise-wide audit and supplier quality framework including VDA 6.3 assessments, structured CAPA tracking, and sustainable process maturity improvement. • Implemented KPI-driven quality dashboards (defect density, test effectiveness, coverage, release readiness) enabling transparent management decision-making. • Oversaw vehicle validation and verification activities including end-of-line testing, diagnostics (CAN, UDS), dynamic on-/off-road testing, and structured root cause analysis.
