Senior Project Manager Automotive Electronics

The candidate has extensive experience managing complex automotive projects for international OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers. His expertise includes E/E architecture, ECU development, homologation, diagnostics, testing and supplier coordination. He has led global development teams, ensured compliance with OEM processes and delivered complete vehicle functions from concept to validation. He is a strong communicator with solid skills in interface management and risk control.

Component ownership for multiple ECUs in e‑mobility programs, including diagnostics, testing and software/function releases. Planning and coordination of vehicle system functions, homologation and validation activities. Interface management between OEM and suppliers, including issue analysis, HIL coordination and test plan creation. Management of multinational R&D projects at ZF from procurement to post‑launch following PMI standards. Project coordination across electronics, mechanics, software, manufacturing, purchasing and quality teams. Leadership of international projects in China, UK, Belgium, Sweden and Germany. Development of next‑generation Linux‑based infotainment systems including diagnostics and driver assistance features. Powertrain integration at OEM including quality analysis, supplier coordination and series release. Resident engineering for driver assistance systems including test validation, issue resolution and software updates. Project management for wiring systems including prototyping, sampling and after‑market support. Steering system project responsibility including NVH evaluation, system management and launch support. Design and test engineering at OEM including CAD design, data management and climate/wind tunnel testing.
