Senior Power Electronics Engineer

The candidate is an experienced power electronics engineer specializing in resonant, multilevel and bidirectional converter topologies for automotive, industrial and defense applications. He has strong expertise in magnetics design, SiC and GaN based power stages, PCB layout and EMI EMC compliant hardware development. His project background includes on board chargers, HV LV DC DC converters, LLC resonant converters, push pull systems and EMC test setups. He collaborates closely with mechanical and software teams and drives hardware projects from concept to production.

Topology evaluation and development of a bidirectional 22 kW on board charger including resonant DC DC and AFE stages Design and prototyping of high frequency magnetics such as 22 kW transformers and resonant inductors Development of a two phase 6 kW HV LV DC DC converter with SiC GaN power stages and advanced gate driver protection Optimized PCB layout for high current low parasitic operation including thermal and mechanical integration Development of resonant converters and filters for defense related electronic systems Design and validation of a 28 V 400 A LLC converter and multiple isolated battery chargers for industrial applications Execution of EMC pre compliance testing and design of EMI filters and LISN structures
