Track record & project highlights

Developed and maintained Yocto based Embedded Linux distributions for industrial controllers including PREEMPT RT integration, secure boot configuration and boot time optimization. Implemented an XCP over CAN communication stack for a battery management system and validated it on a hardware in the loop platform. Designed a modular CAN and DBC diagnostic framework using Python and C++ to automate testing and validation workflows. Built an autonomy platform by integrating a Jetson based AI stack with a CAN controlled vehicle including firmware development, ROS2 integration and sensor fusion. Developed an OTA mechanism for embedded systems with deterministic flashing behavior and optimized memory usage. Created firmware for industrial machine controllers on STM32, ESP32 and AVR platforms including closed loop control and robust state machine logic. Performed HIL and rest bus simulations to support release readiness of safety critical ECUs. Developed real time task flows and communication modules for automotive controllers on ARM Cortex R platforms. Designed PCB circuits, integrated sensors and actuators and established reproducible debugging and testing workflows.
