Responsibility for the development and design of the DE1 Scorpio automatic transmission for Ford Motor Company, featuring aluminum and plastic parts and integration of side airbags. Development and design of the C 170 Fiesta gear shift for Ford Motor Company, utilizing fine-blanked parts and plastic shift gates. Introduction and establishment of CAD PDM work structures, including classification, reference component integration from SAP/PRISMA, and data exchange management. Contribution as an Engineer in Smart Solutions & Services at a leading company for lightning, surge, and occupational safety.
